What is FixFiniti?
FixFiniti is an AI-powered home-services platform for India. We connect households with verified technicians — plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, cleaners, carpenters and more — and use AI to schedule, dispatch and quality-check every job.
Are you live yet?
We are in a pre-launch waitlist phase. Our pilot is running in Mumbai and we'll roll out city by city through 2026. Join the waitlist and we'll email you the moment we launch in your area.
How is FixFiniti different from existing home-services platforms?
Three things. (1) Every technician is identity-verified, address-verified and police-checked. (2) Pricing is standardised and transparent — the quote is the bill. (3) Our AI dispatch routes technicians by skill and parts-on-hand, not just distance, so the right person arrives with the right tools.
Services
Which services will you offer at launch?
Plumbing, electrical, AC service and repair, appliance repair, deep cleaning, carpentry, painting and pest control. We'll add more categories based on demand from the early-access cohort.
Do you cover commercial spaces?
At launch we are focused on residential homes. We plan to extend to small commercial spaces (offices, co-working setups, retail) within the first year.
How quickly will a technician arrive?
Our service-level target is a 30-minute confirmed arrival window for same-day jobs, and next-day for scheduled non-urgent jobs. Emergencies (water, electrical) are prioritised through a separate workflow.
Pricing
How does pricing work?
Each service category has a standardised, public rate card. You'll see the price before you confirm the booking. If extra parts or labour are needed, the technician asks before proceeding. No surprises on the bill.
What payment methods will you support?
All major UPI apps, debit/credit cards, net banking and cash on completion. Refunds for any FixFiniti issue are processed within 7 days.
Will I be charged a visit fee if the technician can't fix the issue?
Only the assessed diagnostic fee, which is shown to you at booking. If we recommend replacement instead of repair, we'll never charge for parts you didn't need.
Partners
I'm a technician. How do I join?
Apply via our Become a partner page. We verify and onboard partners within 5–7 days. Onboarding is free — we cover training, your FixFiniti uniform and insurance.
Do partners need to commit to fixed hours?
No. You set your availability in the app — full-time, part-time, or weekend-only. We route jobs around the hours you choose.
Trust & safety
How do you verify your technicians?
Aadhaar-based identity verification, residence verification, trade-skill assessment, and a police background check. Every technician carries a FixFiniti ID, wears branded uniform, and is fully insured on the job.
Is my booking information secure?
Yes. We store your information on encrypted infrastructure in India, share only what's necessary with the assigned technician, and never sell or rent your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
What if something goes wrong after the service?
Every job comes with a 30-day FixFiniti workmanship guarantee. If the same issue recurs, we'll send a technician back at no extra cost. If a deeper issue is at fault, we'll cover repair up to a category-specific cap.
