FixFiniti is operated by FixFiniti Innovations Private Limited (“FixFiniti”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to fixfiniti.com, the FixFiniti customer app, the FixFiniti partner app, and any related services (together, the “Services”).
Information we collect
When you visit our site, join the waitlist, apply to be a partner, or use our Services, we collect:
- Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, and PIN code.
- Service information — the type, location, and time of services you request, and notes or photos you share to help us diagnose the issue.
- Partner information — for technician partners only: identity documents, address proof, trade qualifications and bank details required to pay you.
- Usage information — pages visited, approximate location (from IP), device and browser, and any interactions necessary to run and improve the Services.
How we use your information
- To deliver and improve the Services you request.
- To match you with verified technicians and operate the dispatch engine.
- To communicate with you about your bookings, account, and launch updates if you have joined the waitlist.
- To keep our platform safe — preventing fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- To comply with applicable Indian law.
Who we share information with
We share the minimum information necessary to run the Services with:
- The assigned technician — your name, phone number, address and service description.
- Payment processors and verification partners — strictly to process payments and verify identities.
- Service providers — cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics — that are contractually required to protect your data.
- Law-enforcement, when legally compelled to do so under Indian law.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Where your data is stored
We host customer data on encrypted infrastructure in India. Where international transfer is unavoidable (for example, certain email-delivery services), we use providers that meet accepted data-protection standards.
How long we keep your data
We keep your account information for as long as you maintain an account with us, plus a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct — ask us to fix anything that isn’t accurate.
- Delete — ask us to delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Withdraw consent — withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

We’ll update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated by email to waitlist subscribers and via a banner on the site.
